We are seeking a creative entrepreneur or organization with a strong concept that fits the unique setting: a restored historic bastion with a panoramic terrace. Only removable and reversible structures will be permitted, but the possibilities are wide open — from mobile cafés to cultural pop-ups or wellness activities.
