Sand Dollar Cay, Private Island

Sand Dollar Cay is one of the islands that forms the harbour known as Little Harbour in the Berry Islands and is directly west of Little Harbour Cay, which lies north of Bond’s Cay. It comprises approximately 24 acres. The island offers deep water access, crystal clear waters, and white sand beaches and great elevations.

J. Linton Rigg, in his book entitled Bahama Islands, described Little Harbour thus: Here is the best harbour in the Berry Islands. It is well named, the inner harbour being little, snug, and a veritable hurricane hole.

There are foundations of a stone home on Sand Dollar Cay along with stone paths leading to the beaches. The island has great elevations and the home is set where it will have 360-degree views around the island. The Berry Islands have a great location being just 30 miles to the northwest of New Providence and Sand Dollar Cay is just over an hour away from Lyford Cay by boat.
