Cornucopia sits on just under 1 acre of land in a very private and well-desired beach community in Little Trunk Bay. The property is a 5-minute walk to the beach. As you drive or walk onto the property, you are greeted by mature palm trees and carefully curated garden landscapes.

Upon entering the villa, you will immediately notice the unobstructed views to the beach and the community of beautiful homes that surround Cornucopia. The property is well-designed and furnished. The modern open-concept design allows for great sight lines when entertaining. The family great room is only one of many gathering locations on the property. A large and strong deck offers ample space for outside dining and sitting areas. The fire pit in the front yard can seat over 7 adults, and the treehouse in the backyard serves well as an escape for any little ones that may one day inherit this property.

The villa works well for adults only and for large families. All bedroom suites have an en-suite bathroom and are named after other islands in the British Virgin Islands.
