Anegada Beach Club (ABC) is a boutique hotel located on 10 freehold acres of pristine sandy beachfront on Anegada. The property features 16 stylish, air-conditioned suites and 9 luxury beachside palapas for glamping.
Facilities include two beach bars, a restaurant with tables on the sand, a lobby/gift shop, and a manager’s cottage. The site also offers a pool, a kite surfing operation, and a helipad for convenient access. A full-service generator and solar system provide 24-hour electricity, complemented by a 100,000-liter cistern for potable water.
The hotel suites are equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, and telephone service. Furniture was custom-designed and constructed in Nicaragua. The property benefits from a well-trained staff, many of whom are expected to transition to new ownership. The hotel boasts the only pool on Anegada, and significant site upgrades were completed in 2018.
