Where the catalogue opens up: established communities, newer construction, and the first listings with the sea close enough to matter. Ownership structure and tax residency start to be worth planning around.

The broadest band in the catalogue. It spans a beachfront apartment on one island and a large house with land on another, so the useful comparison is what a market gives you for the money rather than the figure itself.
