2 Bedroom Villa for Sale, Isles Bay Plantation, Montserrat

Elegant 2 bedroom plantation-style villa for sale in Montserrat located in tranquil Isles Bay Plantation with lovely sea views.

Located in the tranquil Isles Bay Plantation on the small island of Montserrat, this elegant plantation-style villa offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a half-acre landscaped lot with a private pool, making it ideal for full-time island living or as a vacation home. The villa features tropical yellow exterior walls with white trim. Inside, the central living and dining room separates the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing excellent privacy for residents and guests. The recently remodeled kitchen sits to the left of the main living area and connects to the outdoor patio for al fresco dining. Above either side of the living room, the architect included extra loft spaces accessible by ladder – versatile areas you can use as office space, storage, or reading nooks.

Wraparound Veranda and Infinity Pool

The living room opens onto a wraparound veranda where you can relax or dine in the shade while overlooking the pool patio and swaying palms and out to the hills and the Caribbean Sea in the distance. The 20 by 40 foot tiled swimming pool was recently converted into an infinity pool. The pool includes a diving board and features non-slip terra cotta deck tiles. Below the pool deck on one side is an open area designed to accommodate a third bedroom suite if you wish to expand.

Additional Features

On the driveway side of the villa, below pool level, you’ll find a garage and a separate laundry room. The villa is fully furnished and ready to move in. Recent purchases include the living and dining furniture, refrigerator, and washing machine.
