This recently renovated three-bedroom house with a private pool is located in the quiet and child-friendly neighborhood of Kashutuin, near Daniël. Due to its convenient location, you can reach some of Curaçao’s most beautiful beaches, including Porto Mari and Cas Abou, within a few minutes’ drive. Willemstad is also accessible in about twenty minutes.
The house is situated on a fully walled plot of approximately 700 m² and offers a lot of privacy. Parking is available on-site.
From the living room, you have access to the three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed, a safe, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds and extra space for a cot. A second spacious bathroom is located between the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms have ample closet space and bedside lighting.
The spacious patio, along with the pool and garden, forms the heart of the house. Here you can enjoy plenty of outdoor space and optimal privacy. The covered patio offers shade all day long and is furnished with a dining table for six people. Around the pool, there are sun loungers, and of course, a barbecue is not missing. Because the grounds are fully enclosed from the public road, children can play safely outside. There is also a lockable storage room on the patio with a washing machine and extra storage for beach, snorkeling, and play equipment.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, a five-burner gas stove with oven, a combi-microwave, and a large American refrigerator. Both a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine are available.
In the evenings, the atmospheric lighting of the house and garden creates a warm ambiance, making an evening swim in the pool a special experience.
