Single 1 Residences is a project designed with modern spaces, technologies and sustainable processes, and intended to offer fun services and environments, geared to achieve a balance between the needs and expectations of professional residents and single travelers with a young spirit.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area with its equipment (fridge, hob and oven), furnished with a sofa-bed, extendable coffee table, armchair, 2 (two) breakfast area chairs, separate closet, cabinet under the TV and a flat-screen TV. 55” fixed to the wall, 1 (one) bathroom equipped with a monolithic floating sink model with precious wood shelf for towels, fixed lower on the wall, bathroom covered in Spanish porcelain of .60m x 1.20m (has sanitary ware of high quality), a retro-illuminated mirror, and as a special design it will have a light box in the floor-to-ceiling backlit shower with a thematic infographic to be chosen by THE BUYER.

The floors throughout the unit will be made of wood-imitation Spanish porcelain (Rovere Tabacco de Azuvi), in the bedroom space it will have a raised area on a platform that in turn serves as storage (Drawers); the bedroom spaces and the living room will be delimited with Moso Bamboo Louvers, 1 (one) King Size bed, 1 (one) central air conditioning, there is a decorative false ceiling in the bedroom, hall and bathroom areas, 1 (one) Washer-Dryer in the bathroom closet, the walls and doors of the vestibule are lined with matching wood.
