Crane Private Residences Phase 4 — Two-Bedroom, Barbados

A new two-bedroom, two-bath residence in Phase 4 of The Crane Private Residences — the five-acre, five-building gated community set inside the 40-acre Crane Resort on the Atlantic coast of St Philip, Barbados.

Phases 1, 2 and 3 have sold out; Phase 4 is the fourth and final phase, released for pre-construction and scheduled to open in 2027. The single most important thing to understand before buying here is the tenure: this is not a Barbados freehold. The developer’s own FAQ describes it as a Right to Use held in trust by First National Trustee Company in the Isle of Man, running to the year 3000.
