You have a boat and captain at your disposal for transfers to and from the Placencia pier, to go for dinner, bar hopping, shopping, or taking in the many other sites and attractions. This uniquely designed island has plenty of room for a large family, conference, wedding party, or a group of friends, with 7 spacious bedroom suites (sleeping max 28 guests). Only your group and the onsite staff, who have separate detached housing, will be on the island during your stay. Across 2 acres, you are immersed in 12,700 sqft of beautiful, pristine landscape which surrounds each private luxury suite. Each villa oozes comfort and style and offers stunning views, beautiful Belizean hardwood furniture, luxury bedding, and oversized bathrooms, some featuring outdoor rain showers.

The island’s amenities include a large outdoor kitchen, bar, pool table, games room, private swimming pool, kayaks, volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole, and ping pong! There is full-time staff on the island, daily maid service, spa treatments available upon request, and a chef available for the entire duration of your stay, who will prepare exquisite Belizean cuisine.

As an owner, you will receive 10% of the shares of the entire property (10 owners total). You get a total of 5 weeks per year, and it works on a point system making it very fair for all shareholders of the property. Weeks may be given away but may not be sold. Owners may choose to have the management company rent their weeks, which goes into the rental pool where income is divided per the points schedule. Dividends are paid from the rental pool after all taxes are paid, and you can expect an ROI of around 5%, including a 2-week holiday on the island all to yourself or up to 26 friends.
