7 Bedroom Luxury Villa for Sale, Anse Marcel, St Martin

Beautiful 7 bedroom luxury villa for sale in St Martin located in Anse Marcel in the north of the island with spectacular sea views.

Located in Anse Marcel in the north of St Martin, this 7-bedroom luxury villa combines classic Caribbean elegance with contemporary style, with spectacular views of the mountains and the bay. Spanning 548 square meters, it’s one of the more impressive villas for sale in St Martin — a genuine statement property that works well as either a private family retreat or an investment for the high-end rental sector.

Inside, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and airy, with double-height ceilings and huge windows that frame the bay views. The palette is predominantly white with warm wooden elements that add a natural, organic touch. Seven bedrooms and 7 bathrooms are finished with the same attention to detail — elegant without being overdone.

The infinity pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor area, appearing to merge with the horizon and the bay beyond. The generous wooden deck surrounding it offers plenty of space for lounging, dining al fresco, or entertaining — the kind of outdoor setup that makes the most of St Martin’s climate and this property’s exceptional position.

For buyers exploring St Martin real estate, a villa of this scale, style, and setting in Anse Marcel is genuinely hard to find.
