The brief

The reason to consider it.

Tranquility Beach Resort is being built on a four-acre bluff at Salisbury, on Dominica’s west coast, with two cove beaches below it. Hilton announced in 2015 that the resort would join its Curio Collection, and construction began in 2019. The project is on Dominica’s government-approved list for Citizenship by Investment. What is offered is an undivided share in the overall resort rather than title to a particular suite, from US$200,000, and because the resort has not yet opened, the file turns on the construction programme, the brand agreement and the share register.
